Ingredients:
2 skinless chicken breast fillets, cooked and cubed
Lettuce as desired
20 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cucumber, diced
1/4 onion, sliced
6 olives
1/2 green pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons of reduced fat mayonnaise
2 slices of seeded bread
Instructions:
Mix the first 8 ingredients together and serve with the seeded bread. Just make sure that you use fat reduced mayonnaise to keep the fat content down.
