I definitely love chicken and I know many people love it too. We always eat it but we are tired of eating the same old chicken recipes. A perfect example would be fried chicken. It is so common, that is why it is a great idea to give it a twist instead of just frying it. Let us explore some easy chicken recipes.
Chicken teriyaki
It is a Japanese inspired dish that is very easy to prepare. All you have to do is marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar for 30 minutes or up to overnight. After, place it in a pan or skillet with olive oil and bring it to a boil. Cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Add teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) to improve the flavor. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Chicken with parmesan cheese and mayo
