Three Yoga Stretching Exercises to Relieve Stress

In a case of stress, worrying and frustration the body can lose power and energy, but by better breathing tactics you will start to improve your energy. Quickly you will then again feel a live and fully get back in a swing for life. The yoga stretches that are being introduced are for people who are feeling below par, these can be designed to open the heart and make it easier for natural breathing.

With all the exercises you will have to contact the doctor before you start especially if has a case of bad back. The first one is to put your hands over your head in the upright pose and then you should take a deep breath and lift your arms till they have meet over your head. After that just breathe outwards and keep on stretching the hands over the head, breath in and when you start to breathe out remove your hands from your side. Do this 3 times.

The second yoga stretch is the backwards stretch and this is done by standing in a gentle upright pose, take some deep breaths both ways to calm down. Then put your hands on your back, breath in and out slowly while you are bending your back. When you are returning to the original position you should be very careful do this 3 times.

The third and final is the cobra pose which is done by lying on your abdominal and straight legs and also keeping your toe’s together, put your head on the floor and put hands along the chest and your hands facing the ground.

When you breathe in raise your head off the ground, keep the thigh and chest down when looking up. Then the next step is to raise your head and chest higher, while doing this you should be focused on deep breathing. Slowly put your back on the ground create head rest and put your head on that pillow.
