The key to training and burning calories
More is not always better! I need for you to keep that in mind. You don’t need to be in the gym for 2 or 3 hours. Truth is, I don’t even train for 1 hour. And I get fantastic results. Show let me show you how I do it. But here is my goal for you. If you can give me at least 15 minutes for training time without having to go anywhere meaning you can do this at home and you have an eager want to do this I’ll show you a way to train that will help you burn a ton of calories. It’s no hype.
Here’s how it goes. It’ called circuit training. Meaning, that you will move from one exercise circuit to another with minimal rest. I’ll show you a quick circuit.
Push ups with squats
Perform 20 push ups and with no rest perform 20 squats
Do 10 sets
Jumping squats with clapping push ups (advanced)
Perform a squat and on the way up you jump with no rest get down and perform push ups and clap them together
