You are able to share in the discovery’s that come the client’s way and witness exciting events. These things, and the day to day joys of supporting them, can provide plenty of moments that you’d surely remember for a very long time.

What is a magical and inspiring moment?
Well, firstly to ‘inspire’ is to ‘breath life into something’. So, if a client’s experience is inspiring we’d expect it to breath life into them! We expect them to experience an increase in perceived energy and enthusiasm! They may have a sudden change in thinking. The magical inspiring moment could come as a complete surprise taking them ‘out of the box’ and offering a slightly different slant on their day-to-day experiences.
Creating Magic Moments:
I you have ever created a magic moment for your client then it most likely would have been a very simple thing to do, but not always obvious to realize. Creating magic moments doesn’t have to be complicated. Knowing your client loves apples and so giving them one on their next session could be enough to change their attitude towards their day. By now, you would have spent a good deal of time getting to know your clients well. Always looking for an inspiring opportunity to breath life into your session. Maybe you changed the scenery & location. Having a purposeful and engaging conversation and offering gifts are other ways to encourage some magic.
Becoming a cog:
It’s very easy over time to become a cog that just turns & provides a predictable function. If you remember the magic being there when you first started personal training and you are wondering where now it has gone then maybe it’s time to shake things up a little and pay a little more attention to what makes your clients human in the first place. What makes them tick?
