All you have to do is sit down on your couch (the end most preferably), while supporting your head with both of your hands. Try to raise both of your legs up in the air and curl your knees up close to your chest while exhaling. By doing this you will start to feel your abs instantly straining or constricting. This type of exercise is good for your lower abs area.
Belly Crunching Home Abs Exercises – All you have to do is to sit on your sofa or couch then start ab crunches using your belly, crunch all the way down to your knees slowly, then slowly bring it back up to the start position.
