How to Increase Strength

I’m sure everyone wants to become super strong to show off to the girls at the gym, or just to be proud of yourself with all your mighty strength. Well, I’m going to introduce to you something called “Forced Repitions.” But before we go any further, I must acknowledge the fact that you must be able to have the mental capability to go further than you ever have and push yourself to limitless boundaries.

For example, have you ever been to a gym and seen someone who doesn’t look as big as some other guys, but has incredible strength? This is because he has connected to body and mind with muscles to supply necessary energy and become more dense. The best way to establish handling more weight with limits on your energy, you will definitely need a spotter. A spotter helps gives you a “mental support system”. Basically your brain sees the spotter and believes you are actually doing all the work and eventually your body will be able to handle all that weight from continually working with a partner.

Once you start going solo on lifting heavy, your body will be accustomed with the heavy weight and you will knock it out like a champ. Most of the time were in the gym and we see 100 pound dumbbells and wonder “How could I ever do that?” We basically defeat ourselves before we even begin. That being said, you need to build confidence in yourself and go head to head and know you can do it; as if it were a 2 pound dumbbell and use that same basic thought. The key is to have faith in your body and believe in yourself no matter what your doing.
