Taco Sauce
Water – 3/4 cup
Lean ground beef – 1 pound
Corn chips – 2 cups
Onion soup mix – 1/4 cup
Green bell pepper (chopped) – 1/4 cup
Hot pepper sauce – 1 to 2 tsps.
Lettuce (shredded) – 1
Tomato (diced) – 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese (shredded) – 1 cup
Black olives (sliced) – 1/2 cup

1) In a pan, brown the beef.
2) Add onion soup mix and water and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
3) Add the hot pepper sauce. Keep aside.
4) In a big salad bowl toss together chopped tomatoes, bell pepper, olives, shredded lettuce and cheese.
5) Add the cooked meat on top and sprinkle crushed taco chips or corn chips on top. Serve with taco sauce.
