How to Lose Weight Quickly – 3 Fat Burning Tricks You Must Do Now

There are many tips and tricks on how to lose weight quickly, and some of those ways are only a temporary fix with dangerous side effects, such as dizziness, light headed, weakness, nausea and other possible effects that could take place.

Here are a few things I did to increase my metabolism and burn more fat than ever. I’m sure it can help you too.

* Chinese tea – This tea has many benefits. With regular exercise like walking, running, biking or some form of activity, it will boost your fat burning furnace and help you lose the stubborn fat in your belly.

* Eat apples and grapefruits – I’m not kidding here, these two fruits are my favorites. It helps you burn calories at a higher speed than before. To get the best results, you might want to eat a whole or half of a grapefruit with every meal every day. Grapefruits has these special enzymes that blocks fat storage to prevent weight gain.

Apples helps our body break down food easily for proper digestion. Eat at least 2 apples a day, or more if you can squeeze it in there somewhere. Apples are not my favorite food in taste, but they are not my worst either.

* Drink pure water – If you want to lose weight, it’s important to drink all or mostly pure water, and avoid tap water at all cost. Tap water is filled with toxins and poisons we don’t need. Losing weight is also about getting rid of toxins in our body.

Everyone should drink at least a half gallon of water daily, but if you are overweight, you should drink more, or at least half your weight. So if you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink at least 100 ounces per day.

The body needs to stay hydrated, and it needs water to do it. Water also helps digest food faster and increases the metabolism. Just make sure the water is pure, not tap water.
