Ez Bar and Barbell Full Body Workout

Many people would like to work out, but have hurdles to overcome such as time and money. A good way to counter-act time restraints is to fit your workout into one day, by doing a full body workout. They can be performed 2-3 times per week, only take 30-40 minutes to complete, but they workout your whole body.

A good way to overcome money restraints is by working out at home, rather than paying expensive gym memberships. Whilst you may think gym equipment for home is expensive, you can easily perform a great full upper body workout with only a barbell and an ez bar, or ez curl bar adaptors.

You don’t need to buy much equipment to get a great workout at home. A great full upper body workout can be done using only a barbell and a set of EZ Bar adaptors

Here is an example workout:

EZ Bar Lying Tricep Extensions3×12

Pull Ups – 4×10

EZ Bar Curl – 4×10

Barbell Bent Over Row – 3×10

EZ Bar Upright Row – 4×10

EZ Bar Front Shoulder Raise – 3×12

This is a comprehensive upper body workout which works the chest, back, biceps, triceps and shoulders. EZ Bar exercises can be performed using an ez curl bar or ez curl barbell adaptors. EZ curl barbell adaptors are fitnessaccessories which attach to a normal barbell and convert it into an ez curl bar. This means no more sharing weights between bars.
