Ingredients:
2 pieces of large mangoes
1 piece of pork roast (shoulder part)
2 tablespoons of ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of chipotle powder
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
2 cups of water
2 teaspoons of honey
A jigger of Bourbon whiskey
12 oz. bottle of barbecue sauce

Cooking Procedure:
Place the mangoes in a bowl and peel them. Remove the pits and place these inside the crockpot. Then, chop the mangoes and set aside. Then, drop in the pork into the pot. Add some salt, chipotle powder and pepper. Pour vinegar and water. Cover the pot and cook for 6 hours on low setting.
